As all ISPI EMEA conferences, 2025 will strive to be highly interactive and engaging for all participants. After 23 conferences, we have worked hard to make this year's event as engaging and valuable as the conferences that have preceded it. We have designed and scheduled conference events considering the fact that online participants will be joining us from across many time zones, countries, cultures and work-life backgrounds. We have also planned to record all sessions to permit participants to access sessions at a time most convenient and suited to them and their own individual schedule.

To purchase Scholarship Vouchers ONLY, choose this option. You may, then purchase one or more vouchers as described below under Scholarship Vouchers.If you are registering for the conference, select the appropriate Registration Option. You may still purchase vouchers, just scroll down to the "Give the gift of registration . . ." section to add one or more vouchers, one at a time, by entering the $75.00 scholarship voucher fee and your email address or the email address of the RECIPIENT, if you have selected them. Note that the Student/Retired Registration Option covers participation in ALL conference sessions and activities, including participation on an Open Assist Team and in Discussion Spaces, as well as access to all sessions, as live streamed and/or recorded.
Scholarship Vouchers
Student scholarship vouchers may be purchased separately or as an add-on to other Registration Options for the same price of $75.00 for each voucher, to cover full registration and access to all conference sessions and events, including live streamed and recorded.
You may purchase scholarship vouchers and award or gift them to students you identify or allow us to recommend from student scholarship applicants. Just scroll down to the "Give the gift of registration..." section, where you will find two boxes, one for the scholarship voucher amount and one for the Recipient Email. Fill-in the scholarship voucher amount of $75.00 for one student.
If you have not identified a student recipient, as yet, fill-in the "Recipient Email" box with your own email address. After you have completed the Recipient Email box, for the first voucher, you will see and can click on "Add Voucher," just below to the left. That gives you the option to add another voucher. That is, complete the Amount and Recipient Email boxes for as many vouchers as you would like, one at a time.
Once you have purchased as many vouchers as you choose, an email will be sent to the Recipient Email address you provided for each voucher. Those email messages will contain the voucher CODE for each student scholarship you have purchased, which you can send-on, once qualified recipients are identified. Or, if you would like us to identify qualified students, we will make awards, identifying you as the scholarship donor, to students who have submitted qualifying applications. You will receive a copy of the letter notifying those you have helped.
